Section 54:4-H ARTS AND CRAFTS

ENTRY FORMS DUE: Friday, August 15, 2008
EXHIBITS DUE: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Wednesday September 3 thru Thursday, September 4
EXHIBITS RELEASED: 8:00 p.m., Sunday, September 14, 2008

1. Includes projects such as ceramics, leatherwork, macram'e, crocheting, and exhibits in weaving, spinning and dyeing of wool.
2. If a member is entering an item that is pre-cut or pre-stamped, the member should attach a note stating which portion of the item they completed. Members should select articles to do within their ability and will be judged on the neatness and the artistry of the exhibit.
3. LIMIT: 4 different exhibits, each to be listed separately by name on entry form.

1. LIMIT: Three (3) different entries per exhibitor.
2. All wall-hangings must be ready for hanging.

1. All entries must be made by the exhibitor in connection with the 4-H Club Fly Tying Program and must meet 4-H Club requirements.
2. Flies must have been made within one year of the opening date of the Fair.
3. Members should select fly patterns to make within their ability.
4. Entries will be judged on the quality of workmanship and the adherence to standard fly pattern descriptions.
5. LIMIT: Four (4) entries per exhibitor per class for a maximum entry of 16.

1. The exhibitor must have made all entries in these divisions within one year of the opening date of the fair.
2. Etched glass is to be entered in these divisions and only in these divisions.
3. All glass items should be framed or ready for display.
4. Members should select articles to do within their ability and will be judged on the neatness and artistry to the exhibit.
5. LIMIT: 6 different exhibits, each to be listed separately by name on entry form.
